1. Basic Working Principle
The Suva series access control system operates based on a combination of photoelectric sensing, control system processing, and mechanical actuation:
When the photoelectric sensor detects a person or object entering the detection area, it generates a signal and transmits it to the control circuit board.
The control board processes the signal and sends a command to the mechanical transmission system.
Upon receiving the command, the mechanical system executes the corresponding action, such as opening or closing the gate.
When the object leaves the detection area or after a preset time delay, the system automatically returns to the closed state, enabling intelligent access control.
This system is widely used in supermarket entrances, shopping mall entrances, large retail stores, convenience stores, retail chains, and warehouse logistics areas.
2. Core Structure & Material Composition
1. Main Housing (Enclosure)
Made of 1.5 mm thick 8K mirror-finish stainless steel or 1.5 mm brushed stainless steel.
Provides a bright, aesthetic appearance with excellent corrosion resistance.
2. Transmission System (Core Power Structure)
The transmission shaft is made of a 50 mm diameter aluminum alloy rod, with both ends embedded with 45# steel (aluminum-plated surface), enhancing strength and wear resistance.
3. Swing Mechanism (Gate Actuation Part)
The swing arm is made of 25 mm × 1.2 mm stainless steel tubing, offering high impact resistance and durability.
4. Signage System (Visual Guidance)
Sign plates are made of 2.5 mm × 2 mm aluminum-plastic panels, printed with clear access instructions.
5. Protection & Support Structure
Protective posts are made of 60 mm × 3 mm polished steel tubing.
Crossbars are made of 38 mm × 2 mm composite tubes with a stainless steel surface finish.
